Open to PCA Students, Faculty and Staff, this class will focus on the breath, proper alignment of postures, and dynamic flows to strengthen the physical body and calm the mind. Challenging postures (with modifications) and a deep cool-down/relaxation will be offered to the sound of a mellow playlist. Come flow into bliss! All levels welcome.
10 euros per session.
What to Bring
Students will need to provide a yoga mat and bring a bottle of water.
What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in.
Classes will be led by Meghan Sullivan a British/American/Maltese free spirit yogini who has been practicing yoga (vinyasa, bikram, anusuara) for 10 years and teaching for 5.
Yoga has given me strength I’ve never imagined possible and a meditative practice that has changed my life. Being able to guide, inspire & deepen other yogis practices through my commitment to teaching is the most rewarding part of my work :) see you on your mat!
Education and Teaching Experience
B.A. Exercise Physiology Denver State University, 200 RYT. Certified to teach power yoga, ballet barre, yoga sculpt, bootcamp and kettle bells. RAD Ballet. 5 years of full time teaching experience in Colorado, South Carolina, Malta, UK & France.
